Remote in the Malaysia – Full-Time with Inviso on Microsoft's Partner Engagement Desk The Team Inviso's Microsoft Partner Engagement Desk delivers a fully Operations Desk Service to Microsoft Asia and business groups integration. Asia Partner Engagement Desk orchestrate Microsoft Partner Programs across segment customers to drive Cloud Transformation, helping organizations gain a data-driven understanding of their IT infrastructure, align business objectives to insights, and deliver recommendations to meet business objectives via modern, cloud-first Microsoft solutions. This engine is responsible for all aspects of the Service's Operational Execution, Partner Enablement Delivery, Stakeholders experience, and Post-Program Outcomes that helps Microsoft drives impact.
The Role Successful candidates will be able to deliver all components of Project Management, including managing internal program execution, ensuring pipeline execution and communication between internal team, Partners, and stakeholders and providing regular updates and insights. Program manage and ensure a daily, weekly, and monthly pipeline report meeting KPI of the program.
Must be able to standardize operational intelligence and facilitate improvements to the tracking and streamlining reporting, and have great interpersonal and communication skills to work with stakeholders. The role requires someone who can easily collaborate, has a passion to learn and is agile to business requirements.
Review business processes and make variety of recommendations for improving efficiency and service Ensure good data hygiene Multi-tasking and prioritizing workloads Create, document and maintain business process flows, requirements and policies Create and send reports to management Review SOW and provide necessary guidance Coordinate activities relating to funded programs and nominations Ensure the timely completion of milestones by client partners Keep internal stakeholders accountable to deadlines Coordinate and run regular progress meetings with partners and internal stakeholders Oversee reporting and rhythm of business, including program reporting, budgets, identifying risks, issues and resource allocation Work with Project Lead to report on risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines Support the implementation of new ways of working Proactively establish and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders. Ensure lean paper work for customers and stakeholders Manage and coach a team of operation specialists in executing their deliverables and meeting SLAs Skills & Experience: Be a self-starter with strong leadership, interpersonal and multi-tasking abilities Have good written, verbal communication and presentation skills with excellent attention to details Be highly collaborative and capable of building networks Be highly tenacious - driven by setting and achieving goals Have the agility to drive principles of transformation, change and innovation Demonstrated record of successful program delivery and navigating change and complexity Have financial acumen and an understanding of the for-purpose environment Deep commitment and genuine interest in community, people, and teams.
