From the most basic to the most specialized needs, 3M offers the health and safety protection you and your workers need most, so everyone can perform at their best.Role and ResponsibilityActivation of segment marketing programs and campaigns with country activation marketersSupports development, provides input and recommendations for campaigns and marketing plans, gatekeeper for that marketOwn the results and the activation of segment specific campaigns/plans in the areaLeveraging 3M technology portfolios, application expertise, marketing, insights, etc., to develop penetration plans for their segment with One 3M product offeringsThe segment/customer needs expert in the area on assigned segmentsSupport the development of global and area market segment focused marketing plans in partnership with the global segment marketer and leaderProvide input and insights into the global segment plan.Provide input and approaches for unique needs in the area/region/countries.Be the voice the Customer back to the global segment leader.Can support multiple segments – market, application, customer persona, etc.Understand market trends and customer goals on sustainability, leveraging as part of our strategy for portfolio/segmentQualificationBachelor's degree or above University Degree.MBA preferred.Minimum of 5 years of Business Development experience and traditional marketing experienceExperience in strategic planning, marketing planning, or business management preferredIn-country marketing experience is preferredAbility to lead through influenceExperience interpreting market research or market insights in concert with additional data and business resultsFluent in EnglishWorker Type: Permanent Work location: ?This position does not require relocation.
