Asp.Net/Vb.Net Developer

Strong proficiency with VB.NET / ASP.NET- Competency with HTML, CSS and JavaScript- Should have decent knowledge of Relational Databases, MySQL and ORM technologies- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Proven track record in enterprise solution delivery- Ability to articulate issue & capable of providing long term solution with short term mitigation plan**Experience: 3+ years**Functional:3. Ensure amended and enhanced systems meet user functional requirement specifications. 4. Ensure that all documentation, processes and methodologies used in the various phases of system development and implementation are in accordance with the Bank's standards.5. Ensure proper documentation of all development to facilitate future maintenance and enhancements. Employs the risk assessment methodology issued by the Information Security Department to ensure proper controls are build as required by the business7. Provide expert advice for best solution to production problems8. Liaise with users to define systems requirements9. Provide options/alternatives available to address Users Business Requirements and recommendation on software solution10. Analyze changes & impact on existing systems11. Prepare, conduct and review of system tests, to ensure accuracy and completeness to ensure problem free-implementation12. Provide support during implementation of software and systems. Liaise with other Departments within division for smooth deployment of Application Software.13. Prioritization and assignment of tasks for development and implementation14. Decision on the Technical Approach to be used to address systems' enhancements16. Able to communicate solution proposal to business17.
