ResponsibilitiesEffectively use instructions and schematics, hand tools, equipment, and fixtures to assemble and install parts/hardware for WFE.
Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to changing priorities, including rework requirements to maintain workflow and production schedules.
Ensure correct part delivery and perform visual inspection of components before installation.
Contribute to audits by conducting visual inspections, verifying checklists, and performing leak checks as needed.
Cross-train in multiple work centers (e.g., Final Assembly, Sub Assembly, Feeder Bay, Preship, NPI).
Train other assemblers on specific job functions and role modeling continuous improvement behaviors.
Identify and document Non-Conformance Items (NCIs), escalating to engineering as needed.
Support a safe work environment by following safe work practices, adhering to safety guidelines, utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and following Lockout Tagout (LOTO) policies and procedures.
Provide timely clear communication to stakeholders including production status, tasks completed, signoffs, detailed descriptions, continuous improvement ideas, and shift pass downs.
Who We're Looking ForMinimum Technical Certificate & Diploma in Engineering field.
1-4 Years of mechanical or related assembly experience depending on level.
Able to read, write and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
Work 12 hours shifts in fast paced and time-sensitive environment.
Able to work in environment that require body movements in multiple positions.
Use computer-based data systems, applications, and Office software (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
