Job DescriptionPosition Objectives:
To ensure all PM are carried out effectively.
To ensure corrective actions are executed in a timely manner to resolve real time breakdown for production equipment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
To execute corrective measures with high efficiency whenever there is a breakdown and record down the clear definition of corrective actions in B-core CMMS.
To support machine product EWAK changeover or conversion activities to ensure changeover time range fulfill operation target setting.
To support module engineer for workstation and equipment setup and troubleshooting.
To assist maintenance engineer achieve department goals and KPIs. (MTTR, MTBF, MWT and OEE).
To attend all breakdowns promptly.
To assist module engineer for fixture/tool modification and replacement.
Support PM task based on real time condition required, planned schedule or manpower availability.
Maintain 5S in work area and comply with Bosch health and safety compliance.
To support on any other TEF1.6 related duties assigned to PgP1/TEF1.6 team.
Comply with safety ground rules and requirement to carry out the maintenance.
Weekly Processing of Open Points for Continuous Improvement of Production Maintenance issue (B-core).
QualificationsDiploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 1-2yearsof working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to maintain a healthy working environment and teamwork in the department and with other department.
Able to lead a team in cross functional way to solve the problem.
