You will be responsible for ensuring safe and reliable equipment is delivered to operations. You will take ownership for ensuring a cost-effective and efficient manner without harm to people or the environment. Your role is specifically focused on Completions & Well Intervention within our Oilfield Services & Equipment team.
As an ARMO Manager – Completion & Wellbore Intervention, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring the utmost importance to a positive safety culture of the team is embraced and lived every day.
Ensuring production schedule and job planning process is in place and being executed across Malaysia.
Ensuring full compliance with policy and procedure.
Managing and planning the 'asset redress cycle' pro-actively.
Fostering a positive work environment embracing Diversity among all team members.
Liaising with Warehousing & Yard and logistics personnel as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
Work ExperienceFuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Technical diploma and at least 7 years of maintenance-related experience in the electro-mechanical function in the Completions & Wellbore Intervention business.
Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul for Liner, Completion, and Wellbore Intervention Tools.
Have assembly, maintenance & overhaul process knowledge and skills.
Have a great attitude, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Have current or previous experience in team management/supervisory roles.
Have good oral and written communication skills.
Have experience in SAP.
Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
