Job Responsibilities: To perform scheduled maintenance works.Communicate issues clearly and timely to immediate superiorAble to perform troubleshooting, failure evaluation, preventive maintenance or retrofit of hardware parts when required.Provide technical solution and product training to customer when requiredReview, plan, lead and execute all service orders as per customerManage and improve customer relationshipMachines/System installation & commissioningAny ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior Requirements: Candidate must possess at least professional certificate or Diploma.At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Possess valid driving license and own transportMust be prepared to work for extended periods at customer sites (local and abroad)Willing to travel outstation
