DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Receive parts and perform audits (Inspecting parts for defects) to ensure all necessary parts are available to perform and fulfill the job orders requirement.
Utilize job orders info, equipment operating manuals, prints, work travelers Form CR-01 to 10, WI-CR-01 to 08 and/ or verbal instructions to plan & schedule the jobs independently.
Conduct On-the-job training to new and junior members when required, plan and schedule the training & re-training to all levels and ensure that all records are maintained.
Lead and supervise a group of operators to ensure timely completion of job orders per WI & Epicor's timing and process data is fully recorded.
Install, test, troubleshoot, calibrate, maintain and improve all equipment's and instruments in the Cleanroom to ensure it runs smoothly, effectively and adheres to ISO14644.
Coordinate with SCM and Production/Logistic on matters of consumable materials, indirect parts ordering and delivery.
Participate in audits and continuous improvement, Kaizen projects.
Oversee the humidity & temperature, disposal of wastes, 5S/housekeeping, no contaminating materials and safety & security for the cleanroom.
Other duties as assigned by the HOD and/or designate.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:Minimum SPM/ Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
Has a passion for hands-on role, comfortable to work in cleanroom environment.
Comfortable with being called-up for possible equipment breakdown and working overtime hours whenever needed.
Good work and positive attitude.
