**Responsibilities**:- Assist in general administrative works and basic accounting matters- Liaise with all subsidiaries and branches on stocks matters- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all administrative tasks- Update price tag in timely manner if there is any changes- Take photos of new products and create price tag for newly arrived products- Perform clerical tasks, including filling, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc- Responsible for maintaining the accounting filing system both digitally and in hard copy- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as required**Job Requirements**:- Experienced / Fresh graduates are welcomed- Required language(s): English and Mandarin (Mandarin is a must)- Excellent in using Autocount and Microsoft software (Excel/Word & etc)- Pleasant attitude, focused on details, well organized and excellent time management skills.- Superior written and verbal communication skill to excellent administrative and organizational skill- Able to work in team and to start work immediatelyJob Type : Full Time (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-5pm)Schedule : Day shift**Salary**: RM2,500 and above (Based on experience)Location : Lot 1903A, Ground Floor, Jalan KPB 7 Kawasan Perindustrian Kg Baru Balakong, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor.**Benefits**:- EPF- SOCSO- ANNUAL LEAVE- MEDICAL LEAVE- FREE PARKING- MEDICAL CLAIM**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)
