Assistant Accountant (Bukit Minyak, Penang)

Basic Salary RM3500 - RM4500
Job Responsibilities:
To assist in preparing a full set of accounts such as Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger, etc.
To prepare statement of accounts, bank reconciliation, petty cash as well as to manage and issue the invoice, debit notes, credit notes.
To prepare other accounts ledger in accordance with proper respective compliance.
Handle intercompany transaction billing and reconciliation.
Assist in audit, tax and secretarial related matters.
Coordinate and ensure the management accounting reports are prepared on a timely basis.
Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Accounting/Accountancy or ACCA.
Preferably 2 to 4 years of experience in a related field (preferably with some audit experience).
Planning and communication skills, problem-solving skills.
Possess teamwork, time management, analyzing and observation skills.
Able to work independently and possess a good working attitude.
