Responsibilities:Responsible for rolling monthly/quarterly financial reports and ratio analysis, annual budgets, key operation reports, etc.
Closely monitor financial performance indicators, identify potential risks, and provide insights on financial trends and business performance.
Prepare accurate, timely, and reliable financial statements and reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) for the Company and other stakeholders.
Provide variance analysis for actual vs budget and forecast, providing key findings to the business.
Propose enhancements to current business processes, reports, and applications in order to optimize system effectiveness.
Assist with and manage various ad hoc projects as needed.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A professional degree such as ACCA or CIMA would be an advantage.
At least 3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
Must be a team player who is detail-oriented, flexible, and works well in a deadline-driven environment.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with people at all levels.
Able to converse and write effectively in English, proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel.
Proactive, enthusiastic, not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo.
Has tenacity and strong problem-solving skills.
Positions available in KL office and Klang for the furniture division.
