Assistant Accounts Manager

Full time
Prepare subsidiaries management report accurately & appropriately on a timely manner.
Liaise with all subsidiaries within the Group for compilation of management accounts and other relevant matters.
Prepare the consolidated financial statement including the supporting schedules for the notes to financial statements.
Convert sub-consolidation accounts & schedules of overseas entities from SGD to RM.
Ensure the Group's consolidation processes adhere to internal controls and audit requirements.
Identify improvement plans to streamline and improve group consolidation and financial reporting processes.
Liaise with internal and external auditor, tax agent, company secretaries, bankers and other relevant authorities on their respective matters.
Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior & Management.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, certification in ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent.
At least 3 - 4 year(s) of working experience in handlingGroup Consolidationis required for this position.
Working experience in a large-scale manufacturing plant or trading industries are preferable.
Proficient in SAP/ERP system.
Possesses strong financial analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective team player and proactive personality.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
