Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
About the roleThis is a full-time Assistant Admin role at Siacon Technology Sdn Bhd, located in Johor. As an Assistant Admin, you will provide essential administrative support to the wider team, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the business.
What you'll be doing
Performing general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organising documents
Handling incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintaining and updating records and databases
Providing administrative support to the management team as required
What we're looking for
Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
