Assistant Architect

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Prepare drawings related to KM, landscape, and architecture.- Prepare layout proposal drawing and 3D rendering- Prepare technical reports, calculation, specifications, and bill of quantities- Attend consultant meeting, site meeting, and site inspection- Liaise with government agency for submission approval- Liaise with clients and contractors for project execution- Adhere to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company- Any ad-hoc tasks that may be needed or assigned by Management from time to time**COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS**:- Diploma/ Bachelor of Science in Architecture- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, 3D Rendering software (e.g. Revit, Google SketchUp, etc.)- Good in both written and spoken English and Malay- Possess driving license and able to drive- Be adaptable and work independently coupled with good interpersonal and collaboration skills- Self-motivated, diligent and team player quality to achieve common goals- Able to plan, organise, and manage multiple activities- Able to work outstation, perform under pressure, and deliver projects and tasks on time- Professional, proper etiquette, patient, and enthusiastic- Attendance/ Punctuality - Arrives at works and meetings appointments on timePlease do not hesitate to go through our website ipm.my to learn more about us!Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Mount Austin: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 75% (preferred)Expected Start Date: 05/20/2024
