Job DescriptionPrepare and manage submission drawings : Create and modify drawings for planning applications, permits, and other regulatory submissions.
Ensure compliance : Verify that designs meet local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements for submissions.
Coordinate with authorities : Assist in submitting plans to local councils or government bodies and address any feedback or revisions.
Prepare documentation : Compile and organize required documents (e.g., site plans, elevations, specifications) for planning and building regulation submissions.
Assist with project schedules : Help maintain timelines for submission deadlines and approvals.
Job RequirementsCandidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
Good knowledge of Concept Design, Design Development, Detailing and Construction practices.
Required skill(s): project management, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop, or other relevant software.
To produce 3D artist impression, construction & 2D drawings.
To plan, arrange, coordinate, control & manipulate progress of a project, to ensure that all requirements of the property's drawings and plans are met at the agreed timelines.
To liaise with designers, consultants, authorities, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the smooth completion of the project.
Working Experience not necessary; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Able to work independently, self-motivated, have good communication skills, and strong problem-solving skills.
Highly efficient & no procrastination.
Must possess own transport.
