**Minimum Job Requirements**:- Architecture degree- At least two years' firm / agency / industry experience- Previous experience managing fabricators and contractors- Competent working with Adobe software including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office- 3D modelling skills- Physical model and prop making- Advanced research and development techniques- Ability to think creatively and problem solve independently through design- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**Physical Demands/Skills Required**:- **Resistant to stress**: The job can be hectic owing to the stringent deadlines and multiple projects going on simultaneously. Therefore an architect's assistant is expected to be stress resistant and work calmly without getting affected by the work pressure.- **Quick learner**: Even while working, the architect's assistant should be able to learn the new concepts and methods adapted in the architectural design. He should be able to adapt these skills at the workplace itself.- **Conversational**: The architect's assistant should be able to initiate and involve in the conversations in order to understand, explain and maintain a proper flow of instructions and information.- **Flexible**: He/she should be able to adapt to the changing circumstances, work for long periods at a stretch, and also handle additional responsibilities efficiently.**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:- Prepare and develop architectural drawings to meet client specifications.- Assist architects in handling construction drawings for homes and commercial buildings.- Assist and support architect in a variety of architectural projects.- Review and analyze architectural inputs that go into construction drawings and plans.- Review and modify architectural drawings and plans as desired by the architect.- Maintain and manage architectural drawings, documents and other related data in an organized manner.- Assist architects in developing solutions to complex technical problems.- Assist architects in dimensional surveys of building and level surveys.- Maintain a database of architectural drawings and plans.- Ensure completion of architectural projects on time and within the time limits.**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Deadline: 11/21/2021Expected Start Date: 12/04/2023
