Job Responsibilities:
Maintain Strategic Business Relationship with customers.
Negotiate sales with existing and new customers.
Provide ongoing support to high value clients and ensure high quality customer service is delivered.
Identify customer needs and opportunities by analyzing sales gaps and develop strategies to minimize or close gaps.
Serve as a liaison between clients and company departments.
Oversee the sales team for the East Coast.
Manage day-to-day activities of the sales force to implement the organization's overall sales strategy for the assigned region.
Monitor business to adhere to the company's sales strategy.
Lead sales representatives to focus on products and sales promotion, sales procedures, and standards to achieve sales targets.
Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching, and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to close gaps.
Monitor sales team performance or branches within the region and reallocate resources to improve overall results.
Lead and direct the area sales team in all aspects of sales and distribution activities.
Provide supervision through field visits, observation, and measurement of results, including performance appraisals and salary reviews.
Manage trade budget, A&P, and trading term discussions within the allocated budget.
Ensure trade return rate within the company's objectives, maintaining good market hygiene in the trade with FIFO practices.
Consistently monitor, measure, and follow through on execution of trade matters.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Minimum diploma level or higher.
Preferably with a Bachelor Degree or higher in business development or other related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in the hot beverage, snack, and confectionery industry.
Strong analytical skills, business acumen, negotiation skills, customer-oriented, presentation skills, and result-driven.
Computer literacy in MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint.
Good command of Chinese, English, and Bahasa both spoken and written.#J-18808-Ljbffr
