In line with their growth plan, they are seeking for a qualified and experience Assistant Audit Manager to join their HQ in Petaling Jaya.
Job Description Assist in developing the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessments and business needs, ensuring the plan is responsive to and aligned with the risk profile of the organization.
Assist in preparing and issuing all Internal Audit reports to ensure the reports are clear, concise, identify root causes with practical solutions, and ultimately provide value to management.
Plan and execute audit assignments, including work paper documentation, in accordance with Audit Standards, and conduct ad hoc task/ special projects as needed for the region.
Ensure the timely and accurate completion of the audit plan.
Assist in addressing control issues on new business processes, policies and procedures, and providing consultative services to the stake holders.
Conduct ad hoc audit, investigation or any special project as per request by management.
Manage the process to track, follow-up, and ultimately close all open audit issues leveraging the Audit Committee, if necessary Drive the process improvement initiatives by business partnering with the relevant departments globally.
Job Requirements A minimum of 5 years of audit experience, preferably with prior exposures in MLM industry.
Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in finance / accounting (CA, CPA, CIMA, CISA, CIA and ACCA) Strong analytical, communication skills and good command of English and report writing skills.
Possession of sound independent judgment.
