Assistant Baker

JOB TITLE:ASSISTANT BAKER
DEPARTMENT:KITCHEN
RESPONSIBLE TO:HEAD CHEF
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A highly personable and enthusiastic bakery assistant to assist us at our baked goods counter.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Creating a welcoming and positive customer experience at the bakery counter.
Managing the baking ingredients inventory and requesting the purchase of stock.
Tracking ingredient expiry dates and arranging their use accordingly.
Maintaining a clean and tidy baked goods counter and performing other duties on request.
Cleaning the kitchen after business hours and preparing it for the next day.
Managing customer complaints and relaying them to the Baker.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have food handling and typhoid injection certificate.
Must have experience in the position applied for.
