Position based in Bangsar South City, KL.
Job Responsibilities:Ownership, accountability and responsibility for one category collaborating and reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager.
Ownership of implementation of Marketing Plans (ATL & BTL); collaborating with commercial team to ensure the plan is in line with brand vision, strategy plan and business objectives.
Lead and collaborate with cross functional teams locally on innovation pipeline and to ensure it is consistent with brand guidelines across communication strategy and execution.
Media Planning, Go-To-Market Strategy, POSM Developments, Packaging Design Developments, In-Store Activation.
Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors and competitor activities.
Collaborate with cross functional teams (Insight, trade marketing, sales, R&D and Supply Chain) to ensure that strategies and plans are delivered to drive results.
Lead and manage business partners to drive impact, value add and timely execution.
Ability to comprehend P&L and seek opportunities to drive cost efficiency within the strategies and plans developed.
Accountable for product segment A&P spending, product price margin analysis, product demand forecast planning and optimization of spends across all areas.
Key Requirements For Successful Applicant:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of progressive experience within FMCG environment with a passion for marketing, especially in food business, Marketing, Trade Marketing and/or Sales could be an advantage.
Reasonable Marketing, Trade Marketing & Sales, Product Knowledge.
Experience managing categories targeting the Mass Malays will be an added advantage.
Ability to support independently and efficiently in products development processes including project management.
Ability to analyze information, draw insights and translate them into actionable ideas.
Ability to work effectively with commercial and technical collaborators.
Comprehend media landscapes, various digital platform roles and usage and keeping up with growing trends.
Need to be results-oriented, agile, independent as well as display strong leadership traits.
Ability to work independently and as a team player with an open mind and positive attitude.
