Company OverviewOur organization was established on 24th December 1996, as a joint-venture by Nippon Mining and Metal Japan, Fuji Electronics Japan, and Kanematsu Malaysia (formerly known as NIPPON PRECISION TECHNOLOGY).
The factory was built initially to manufacture and sell precision metal stamped and hermetic components, mainly supporting the electron-gun industry in South East Asia.
In a few years, we successfully commercialized our operations with well-known electron-gun manufacturers such as Hitachi, Samsung, and Chunghwa Picture Tubes, located in Peninsular Malaysia.
In 2005, we expanded our precision metal stamped business to Indonesia and Thailand, successfully becoming the main vendor for precision metal-stamped components for Matsushita and Toshiba.
Through years of effort and strong will, we continue the "KAIZEN" philosophy, and our organization has become one of the leading companies in precision metal-stamped and hermetic production in the world.
On 25th February 2011, the organization was taken over by VEGALIEN SYNTHETIC TEXTILE CO., LTD (100% ownership) and was renamed as VEGA PRECISION TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN.
