Responsibilities:Assist Manager in overseeing daily operation of the Compounding Department to ensure production goals are met.
Plan and order the raw materials based on production schedule & inventory levels.
Monitor raw materials, including verifying and inspecting the incoming chemicals to meet quality standards.
Assist in monitoring all the compounding activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and adherence to product specifications.
Maintain accurate records of the compounding process for audits and regulatory reviews.
Conduct training on compounding techniques, process improvement, safety & environmental regulations.
Job Requirements:Minimum Degree in Chemistry/Biology/Science or equivalent.
At least 4 years of working experience in a related field.
Experience in the manufacturing field with ISO compliance is advantageous.
