Assistant Corporate Finance Manager

This company specialises in providing high-end residential houses for its consumers in Johor Bahru. With the company growing, a Senior Finance Manager position is available.Your new role
Reporting to the CFO, you will be tasked with:
Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial models for loan financing and investment opportunities.
Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate project profitability and risk.
Collaborate with external stakeholders, including banks and financial institutions, to secure financing solutions.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor loan covenants and compliance with financial agreements.
Support the development of strategic financial plans and budgets.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in corporate finance.
Assist in the preparation of financial documentation and proposals for loan applications.What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certificate (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate finance, banking, or related fields.
Fresh Auditor from Big4/10 who are interested in Corporate Finance are welcomed to apply.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling.
