Your role in brief
We're looking for an individual to oversee and carry out general administration tasks for the Customer Accounts department.
Your key accountabilities
Coordinate with solicitors on the status of the Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) and title registration; assist purchasers in signing the MOT.
Issue official receipts and prepare payment notifications as required, including photocopying and filing.
Open and maintain purchaser files for bulk sales launches and other transactions.
Monitor and manage the department's stationery stock, ensuring timely replenishment.
Handle registered and ordinary mailing for Progress Billings, Interest Advice, Notices, and other relevant documents.
To be successful in this role, you are likely to possess:
Minimum SPM, Certificate or Diploma in any field of studies.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
Well-versed in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.#J-18808-Ljbffr
