Position Summary * Lead, develop & implement sustainable sales growth strategy for growing sales, profit, category and Acuvue's market share in the Independent Outlets.
An active participant, a customer focused representative share of voice & a change agent in recommendations in internal Sales & Marketing meetings based on strong understanding of market dynamics, shopper/ECP insights & operational efficiency Key Responsibilities 1.
Achieves sales objectives in assigned accounts including forecast, sales targets, Acuvue's market share while growing the category.

Effective territory planning, preparation and account management, via the implementation of marketing / category initiatives and new product launches 3.
Proficient sales skills and group presentation skills 4.
Develops & executes an annual account business plan that addresses customer & JJVC objectives, opportunity specific plans, and outlet.
Execution of programs for major accounts with tracking metrics with the objective of growing the CL category.

Develops & builds strong customer relationships & partnerships across all levels & identifies key opportunities to further build strategic partnerships to ensure business directions are aligned & JJVC is partner of choice.

Manages co-op budget within guidelines, recommending avenues to optimize spends and to achieve positive business results.

Analyzes market opportunity by major account and implements programs to increase JJVC market share.
8.
Provides communication and coordination of all channel plans with internal sales organization, partners and customers to ensure timely execution and monitoring of all programs within company policy.

Participates in the development of effective distribution and inventory system and procedures to service major accounts.
Internal Stakeholder: Sales Force, Senior Sales manager, Trade Marketing, Marketing Manager, Professional Education Manager, Finance Manager External Stakeholder: Business - Eye Care Professionals, operation staff and HQ decision makers & stakeholders * Educated to degree level or equivalent ideally with an optometry, business, or science background * At least 1-3 years of proven track record for achieving targets and delivering success.
* Strong communication skills and proficient in English * Strong understanding of building strategic partnerships with customers across all levels, owners & store levels * Experience handling sales & key accounts preferably from Optical or FMCG industry with basic knowledge of brand & category management * Thorough knowledge and understanding of sales applications & principles, PC skills - Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel * Excellent interpersonal (handle all levels), leadership, written * Strong analytical skills with ability to be detailed yet strategic * Proactive, innovative, independent worker, has initiative, excellent team player with strong commitment to drive business result Experience in a sales role within a customer focused environment * Qualified as a registered optometrist and experience of the optical industry * Commercial/Key account management * Sales competency and/or selling skills training * Full Driving license
