· Improve customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
· Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
· Schedule and coordinate regular meetings with IKS. NKA and fleet
customers.
· Develop good customer relationships
· Review and assess customer service contracts and rental contracts with
KAM.
· Act as a liaison between managers, customers, and the service team.
· Work with the management team to react/attend to customer service
issues, customer complaints, and/or business opportunities.
· Maintain the ability to manage stress and effective interaction with
others in the workplace.
· Fill in for the service manager (SM) in times of absence. Make executive
decisions, hold meetings, and provide accountability.
· Oversee adjustment on warranties for new and used equipment.
· Prepare complete and accurate reports of labor and parts cost for the
rental customers.
· Coordinate with trained FST to address the service complex problems
and track the resolution.
· Effectively document the service complex problems.
· To reconcile differences between the service team and customers.
· Coordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives.
· Ensure budget requirements are met.
· Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service
levels and standards.
· Manage NPS survey to convert Detractors and Passives customers to
Promoters.

· Proficiency in CRM systems.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
