In this role, the ideal candidate will possess well-rounded experience and skills in direct marketing, digital marketing and other form of promotion and communication for B2B EventsIf you have a passion for digital marketing and events, IM Malaysia provides an opportunity to further develop your skills and careering emerging ASEAN marketsYou will play an important role to:Develop digital and performance marketing strategies and take lead to implement the marketing campaigns to promote the trade showsPartner with sales, project, and marketing team to work out effective marketing campaigns to engage audiences, and undertake campaign planning and execution for multi-channel and cross device marketing by proposition to deliver campaign metricsTranslate marketing strategies into practical campaign execution metrics including acquisition targets, customer engagement and retention targets, brand awareness and new proposition development and other innovation goalsDevelop of new initiatives to engage with established and new audience segments, and support the growth of both existing and new brands in the event portfolioDevelop content strategy with wider marketing and related teams ( Creative), to define specific content, customer experience and target journeys by channel and specific measurable goals to inform optimisation and RoIManage processes and platforms to ensure appropriate visibility and tracking of multi-channel conversion and channel attributionLeverage in depth audience understanding to better target/ personalise marketing content that resonate with audiences at the right timeManage budgets for specific campaigns and optimises spend according to metricsSupport ongoing focus on analysis and data driven decision making to allow more efficient use of time and marketing spend to focus attention on results, experiences and performanceQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or Marketing discipline or equivalent years of practical relevant experienceMin 4 years and above of experience in leading/ executing B2B marketing campaigns including organic and paid campaigns for projects/ events/ productsExperience in performance marketing is an advantageEffective knowledge and experience in web channel, social media, web analytics, emails marketing system, database management systemExcellent verbal and written communications skillsCreative mind-set towards designing and content creationPossess a knack for multi-tasking and take pride in flawless workDynamic team player and strong leadershipAdditional Information
