Job DescriptionLeading and executing digital marketing campaigns for specific events/products within the Informa Markets portfolio.
IM Malaysia would like to invite suitable candidates to apply for the above position. In this role, the ideal candidate will possess well-rounded experience and skills in direct marketing, digital marketing, and other forms of promotion and communication for B2B Events.
You will play an important role to:
Develop digital and performance marketing strategies and take lead to implement the marketing campaigns to promote the trade shows.
Partner with sales, project, and marketing teams to work out effective marketing campaigns to engage audiences and undertake campaign planning and execution for multi-channel and cross-device marketing by proposition to deliver campaign metrics.
Translate marketing strategies into practical campaign execution metrics including acquisition targets, customer engagement and retention targets, brand awareness and new proposition development and other innovation goals.
Develop new initiatives to engage with established and new audience segments, and support the growth of both existing and new brands in the event portfolio.
Develop content strategy with wider marketing and related teams (e.g., Creative), to define specific content, customer experience and target journeys by channel and specific measurable goals to inform optimisation and RoI.
Manage processes and platforms to ensure appropriate visibility and tracking of multi-channel conversion and channel attribution.
Leverage in-depth audience understanding to better target/personalise marketing content that resonates with audiences at the right time.
Manage budgets for specific campaigns and optimise spend according to metrics.
Support ongoing focus on analysis and data-driven decision making to allow more efficient use of time and marketing spend to focus attention on results, experiences and performance.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or Marketing discipline or equivalent years of practical relevant experience.
Min 4 years and above of experience in leading/executing marketing campaigns including organic and paid campaigns for projects/events/products.
Experience in performance marketing is an advantage.
Effective knowledge and experience in web channel, social media, web analytics, emails marketing system, database management system.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative mindset towards designing and content creation.
Possess a knack for multi-tasking and take pride in flawless work.
Dynamic team player and strong leadership skills.
