Job Responsibilities
Respond professionally to calls and inquiries across all communication channels with consistency.
Assist in onboarding new customers by guiding them through the application and disbursement process.
Send payment advice and summary of disbursement on a daily basis.
Organization Support
Maintain a detailed record of customer data for internal team reference.
Interact with customers to provide support in gathering documents for processing and receiving hard copies of documentation.
Foster strong relationships with customers and the client-facing front office team while identifying opportunities for lead generation and enhancing customer retention.
Assist with marketing campaigns and sales activities, including event planning for clients.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Administrative, Business Administration, or any equivalent.
Working experience preferably in customer service or any client-centric functions.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Passionate to learn and grow in the function.
Take pleasure in engaging with clients and interdepartmental colleagues.
Good proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English for both verbal and written communication.
Fresh graduates with passion in client-centric functions are encouraged to apply.
