To prepare monthly management accounts and to ensure timely and efficient generation of building maintenance billings and other billings.Monitor the official receipts and temporary receipts to prevent fraudulent activitiesPreparation and review tax computations, submission of tax returns and liaison with tax agents and tax authorities on tax matters concerning group and related companies.Monthly analysis on the actual performance and reporting preparation and presentation of monthly results for     review with operation management.
