Responsibilities Preparation and ensure accurate and timely reporting of monthly, quarterly and yearly consolidation financial and management reports, including regulatory reporting; Supervise and allocate tasks for continuous improvement in financial and management reporting processes; Ensure compliance with statutory regulatory requirements and applicable accounting standards; Provide additional financial accounting support and analysis to the Group; Assist in preparation of annual budget, cash flow management and costs control of the Group; Establish, review and enforce continuous improvement on adequacy and effectiveness of the Group's risk management and internal controls system; Coach the team members, providing guidance to achieve their key performance indicators; Formulate and enhance standard operating procedures to identify hidden risk or non-compliance; Liaison with external parties i.e. Auditors, Company Secretary, Tax Agent, Bankers, Lawyers and Local Authorities on related matters; Undertake ad-hoc projects Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a professional certification from a recognized accounting organization. A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience, including regional exposure in Southeast Asia or the broader Asia region, and/or experience with public listed companies, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role. In-depth understanding of accounting standards, group consolidation, and taxation, preferably with some background in external auditing. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities, with a proven ability to work hands-on with team members. Proficiency in both written and spoken English
