Details of the offer

**Responsibilities and Duties**- Manage, monitor and oversee the daily operations of the accounting section.- Manage and supervise the staff in the accounting section especially in terms of accounting procedures and processes.- Effect transfer of funds after obtaining approval from President/Registrar or upon receiving instruction from President/Registrar.- Check bank reconciliation and report any irregularities to Senior Manager and Registrar.- Check monthly financial statements and provide report on financial statements and bank balances to Registrar/EXCO.- Prepare and check monthly and yearly fixed deposit listing and report to Registrar which should highlight maturity dates for EXCO's decision, also to update fixed deposit slips with the bank as per instruction from EXCO to renew such fixed deposits which have matured.- Prepare financial statement and details for Jabatan Audit Negara (to comply with MPSAS).- Prepare yearly accounts for audit and filing purpose.- Prepare documents required by Tax agent for yearly tax filing to LHDN.- Prepare yearly budget including details on budgeted income and expenses and provide comprehensive report for review by Senior Manager and Registrar.- Attend meeting organised by Ministry of Finance and Jabatan Audit Negara.- Process monthly salary, overtime, allowances and claims by using the Board's payroll system.**Job Requirements**:5 years experience in managerial position- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures- Experience using financial software- Advanced MS Excel skills- Knowledge of financial regulations- Excellent analytical and numerical skills- Sharp time management skills- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data- BSc degree in Accounting, or Finance- TrustworthySalary ranges from RM4000**Disability type**:Not Applicable- About LEMBAGA PENILAI PENTAKSIR EJEN HARTA TANAHThe Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers was set up in 1981 under the purview of the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia.
