Assistant Finance Manager

-Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the Finance Dept.
-Responsible for cash management, monitor cash inflow and outflow of Office account and prepare periodic cashflow projection.
-Manage bank facility and drawdown of term loan of Office Account.
-Upload payment voucher for approval by managing partners.
-Review, check and balance all accounting entries (Billing and DV) posted by accounts staff.
-Prepare month end closing of financial accounts and statement of income (Profit and Loss) and Balance Sheet.
-Distribute monthly matter files, agreed fees, expenditure incurred and performance updates to equity partners.
-Coordinate with banker, auditor, tax agent and other regulatory authorities.
-Responsible for accounting processes and ensure procedures and transactions are in accordance with the firm's policy and standards.
-To assist and backup the Client Account Section Head as and when required.

-Meticulous, detailed, hands on and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Possess good knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
-Knowledge in Core Matter Accounting software is an added advantage or any software for legal firm.
-Proficient in English Language, written and spoken.
-Good interpersonal relationship skill and good team player.
-Preference will be given to those who are available immediate or can serve short notice.
