Responsibilities:
Role Summary:
Manage the day-to-day financial activities of a business group, an independent energy resources development company.
Our activities are concentrated on development and production of clean renewables energy.
Functional Tasks:
Perform and ensure quality in terms of accurate, completeness and timeliness of the Management Reporting ("MR") and Financial Reporting ("FR") daily activities for the following processes:
Prepare Monthly/ quarterly/ year-end/ Business Group financial reports including reports for internal Management reporting and external reporting.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports.
Ensure reports prepared meet the requirements required by RGE Corporate.
Ensure that deadlines for reporting are met consistently.
Prepare other relevant MR and/or FR reports, where necessary.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, corporate policies and local regulatory requirements.
Ensure fund management is performed without causing any disruption to daily business activities.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on cash balances and ensure liquidity.
Process banking transactions including preparing invoices payment for Indonesia, Singapore and Hong Kong with ensure compliance to business control and policies.
Assist in annual budget preparation.
Vendor and customer on-boarding verification.
Coordinate annual audit, providing necessary documentations and supporting schedules.
Prepare tax reports for internal management reporting and RGE Management reporting, prepare tax computation and ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns.
Liaise with the RGE Corporate and Business Units for MR and FR issues.
Perform other duties as and when delegated i.e.
back-up function, business process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
Provide support to team members in resolving management reporting questions.
Recommend and develop solutions for continuous improvement opportunities.
