Are you a finance professional looking to advance your career in the hospitality industry? A leading hotel chain in Terengganu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. Your new role Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Monitor and manage the hotel's financial performance. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies. Supervise the finance team and provide guidance and support. Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors. What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong leadership and communication skills. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
