Assistant Finance Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Perform general accounting and day-to-day operations and activities of Account DepartmentCheck and manage Cost of ProductsCoordinate with other departments to expedite the work processOversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, including invoice processing, payment processing and collectionsProper maintenance of the documentation and filing to support all accounting entriesLiaise with thje external parties such as Bankers, Suppliers or Auditors, etc. Prepare monthly reports as well as all the relevant lead schedules for Management reviewUndertake any other additional ad hoc assignment when requiredCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Accounting & FinanceRequired skill (s): Ms. Office, MS Excel (Advance)Required to have knowledge and experience in preparing full set of accounting Preferably minimum 3 years working experienceAble to work independently with minimal supervisionAble to multi-task in face paced environmentMeticulous, good team player, keen learner and self-initiative
