Job Responsibilities:Manage the process of accounting, financing, and taxation.
Control the operation in line with company policy.
Manage the day-to-day financial matters of the mill/site – AP and AR.
Ensure proper controls on the cash flow management of the mill/site.
Coordinate with the related financial institutes and government agencies.
Coordinate updates of the corporate information with Comp Secretary.
Ensure all accounting and financial reports are well prepared and submitted to government agencies as required by law.
Coordinate and work with other regional finance teams and report to the Finance Director & other Directors.
Provide necessary advice and suggestions for all finance employees when required.
Coordinate with the Auditor for yearly financial audit requirements.
Work with the operational teams on the annual budget and quarterly forecasts of the site/farm.
Communicate with the group management team on the sales margin analysis by individual product groups on a monthly basis.
Other related tasks as appointed by the management.
