Assistant Finance Manager (Ssc)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of Finance team of Shared Service Centre.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of SSC to ensure timely delivery of services in accordance with SLAMonitoring the team to ensure the operations comply with internal policiesProvide clear direction and leadership to the team in line with strategies set by Finance dept in Hong KongCommunicate with different stakeholdersRecruit and provide training to members of the teamTranslate business needs into system tools to improve efficiencyPerform ad-hoc assignment as and when requiredQualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related fieldQualified Accountant under ACCA or other professional bodiesAt least 8 years accounting work experience, preferably experience in SSC, with at least 8 years accounting work experience, preferably experience in SSCRequirements
Well-vested with accounting standards and statutory requirementsSophisticated skill in MS office, especially in MS Excel and OracleBe a natural leader and have the ability to work autonomouslyGood communications skills and working attitudes, etc
