Key Responsibilities Lead integration of newly acquired entities to align with IFRS and TMF Group accounting policy and proceduresEnsure delivery of high quality financial data and efficient period end closing processReview accounts reconciliation and month-end closing entries, such as fixed asset depreciation, prepaid expenses, accruals, IFRS adjustments, etc.Ensure compliance with IFRS for group reportingMaintain reconciliation between local statutory reporting and group reportingPerform review of monthly financial reports and ensure these are submitted in accordance with the group reporting deadlinesLead the statutory audit/liaise with external auditor for assigned entitiesPrepare monthly variance analysis and provide explanations for significant deviationsConduct continuous review of reports and identify opportunities for improvementsDevelop, coach, and provide guidance to junior team memberAssist regional finance team with projects related to APAC region Key Requirements University/College Degree in Accounting/Finance.
Professional accounting qualification would be an added advantage.Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positionGood command of English (both verbal and written)Solid knowledge of local accounting rules and IFRSStrong experience in financial reporting, month- and year- end closing and auditMS Office knowledge, particularly in ExcelGood communication and leadership skillsDetail-oriented, numerical and analytical What's in it for you?
