Assistant General Manager, Ai Development

Responsibilities:
Monitoring of AI landscape:
Keeping up with latest AI developments, develop deep knowledge of the regulatory debate around AI.
Monitoring AI use-cases in the financial services sector and identify areas where development needs or regulatory enhancements are required.
Policy development: Working with internal and external stakeholders to draft regulations or guidelines that promote ethical AI development.
This could involve setting standards for fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI algorithms.
Risk Assessment Frameworks: Developing frameworks to assess the potential risks of different AI applications in the capital markets, such as bias, discrimination, or privacy violations.
SME to relevant regulatory teams.
Encouraging Responsible AI Development, and ecosystem development:
Engaging with Stakeholders: Collaborating with industry leaders, researchers, and civil society groups to develop best practices for responsible AI development.
Promoting Transparency: Encouraging industry to be transparent about how they develop and use AI systems.
Developing relevant partnerships with other ministries/agencies and ecosystems, i.e.
relevant utilities for inclusive AI, incentives, pilot projects, talent development, etc towards the objective of encouraging responsible AI development.
Feed into the SC's strategy, policy and digital transformation agenda on AI.
Facilitate internal stakeholder alignment towards abovementioned objective.
Work with various internal teams/stakeholders such as internal Analytics team, Tech Supervision, Digital Innovation team and others.
Guide and oversee team members to deliver project outcomes.
Identify areas of improvement and capacity building for team members to meet the changes and demand of the capital market.
You should have:
BSc/MSc Statistics, Commerce, Computer Science or equivalent.
8-10 years of working experience.
Relevant working experience in capital markets and financial related fields is preferred.
Data Analytics or Data Science.
Research and analytical skillset.
Stakeholder management.
Knowledge in capital market, Project Management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
