Assistant Housekeeper

To assist in ensuring smooth daily operation and services of the Housekeeping Department which includes Room Section, Public areas and LaundryTo ensure maximum comfort and safety for all guests and handling of staff issuesTo be responsible for staff planning, monitoring, daily assignments and skills trainingTo ensure cleanliness, maintenance and orderliness of the whole resortTo ensure compliance to quality standards, procedures and processesQUALIFICATIONSPreferably Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management or its equivalentPreferably with related working experience in Housekeeping with 2-3 years at Supervisor, preferably in hotel or hospitality industryComputer literate with ability to write reports and manage finances, including budget and controlsGood interpersonal skills with ability to professionally handle guest complaints and commentsWorking knowledge of basic sanitation requirements and applications of relevant chemicalsHow do your skills match this job?
