**We are looking for Assistant HR & Admin Executive to join us!**- **5.5 DAYS WORK PER WEEK**:- Benefits: Annual leave, Medical Leave, Medical Claim, EPF, SOSCO, EIS, Annual Bonus, Annual Increment.**Job Requirement**:- Performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents into an electronic system, and making copies of documents.- Performs office clerical duties in support of an assigned; receives and directs telephone calls and visitors.- Provides information, referrals, and assistance to other departments in reference to assigned area of responsibility.- Provides applicable forms to the staff as needed; types, word processes, and proofreads a variety of documents.- Orders, receives, and organizes materials and supplies (stationaries)- Drafting letters and memos to staff members and customers, as directed by supervisor.- Assist with maintaining office facilities in splendid condition, ensuring that the stationeries and pantry are restocked weekly.- Other ad-hoc duties.**Job Requirement**:- At least 2 years working experience- Qualification - at least diploma in any field**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)- Human Resources Management: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
