Oversee HR daily job function including recruitment, training, monthly payroll processing, foreign worker management & IR ER; liaise with local government to ensure HR rules & regulation is up-to-date without failed. Manage overall manpower planning. Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and conducting investigations when necessary. Develop and administer HR policies and procedures. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Manage performance appraisal processes and provide feedback to employees. Oversee payroll and benefits administration. Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing any HR-related concerns. Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating human resources policies, program and practice. Responsible for talent management, learning and development, performance enhancement, onboarding and engagement and total rewards.
