Assistant Hr Manager / Hr Manager

Position: Assistant HR Manager / HR Manager (depends on experience)
Salary Package: RM7,000 - RM12,000
Working Location: Senai, Johor
Company Background: Lighting Manufacturing Company
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:15am to 6:10pm
Job Descriptions:
- Plan HR and administration activities annually
- Set, monitor and achieve HR targets
- Handle recruitment (including interview), onboarding and exit procedures- Maintain accurate employee records and files, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations
- Handle and execute full spectrum of HR function & Admin function
- Monitor and maintain HR data for foreign workers
- Responsible for coordinating foreign worker quota applications via liaison with the relevant government agencies and appointed agents (if any)
- Attend to all matters related to the foreign workers' affairs (eg. work permit management, medical examination (FOMEMA), foreign workers insurance schemes etc)
- Liaison and processing of foreign worker levy-related matters with the relevant government agencies
- Process insurance-related matters (eg. policy, claims etc. related to foreign workers)
- Keep record in system regarding all staff's incentive and bonus 
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in human resources management or equivalent
- Must have at least 5 years HR experience in handling foreign workers
- Must have experience in recruitment, especially know to select suitable candidate and conduct interview
- Able to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
- Have experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
- Must be willing to handle and execute every task
