Position:Assistant HR Manager / HR Manager (depends on experience)Salary Package:RM7,000 - RM12,000Working Location:Senai, JohorCompany Background:Lighting Manufacturing CompanyWorking Days:Monday to FridayWorking Hours:8:15am to 6:10pmJob Descriptions:Plan HR and administration activities annuallySet, monitor and achieve HR targetsHandle recruitment (including interview), onboarding and exit proceduresMaintain accurate employee records and files, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulationsHandle and execute full spectrum of HR function & Admin functionMonitor and maintain HR data for foreign workersResponsible for coordinating foreign worker quota applications via liaison with the relevant government agencies and appointed agents (if any)Attend to all matters related to the foreign workers' affairs (e.g., work permit management, medical examination (FOMEMA), foreign workers insurance schemes, etc.)Liaison and processing of foreign worker levy-related matters with the relevant government agenciesProcess insurance-related matters (e.g., policy, claims, etc. related to foreign workers)Keep record in system regarding all staff's incentive and bonusJob Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in human resources management or equivalentMust have at least 5 years HR experience in handling foreign workersMust have experience in recruitment, especially know to select suitable candidates and conduct interviewsAble to build and maintain positive relationships with colleaguesHave experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigationsMust be willing to handle and execute every task#J-18808-Ljbffr
