Assistant Human Resources Manager (Manufacturing) - Penang Job Description Responsible for whole spectrum of HREnsure the HR policies and procedures are implemented accordingly and work closely with corporate office on all areas of HR and Admin functions.Review, formulate, develop and implement HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and guidelines to ensure compliance and effectiveness.Planning, developing and implementing strategy for recruitment and selections matters and to liaise with the respective HODs on manpower requirements.Identify talent needs from HODs, strategize, and manage talent acquisition activities.Develop strategies to manage and improve talent development programs to attract, develop and manage organization's talent pool.Ensure accurate and prompt payroll administration.Attend and manage all the disciplinary matters concerning employee's disciplinary, domestic inquiry and misconduct investigations in compliance with the labour law.Work closely with the HODs on the training and development program needs and implementation.Ensure admin support to the plant or department.Set effective performance targets and effective evaluation, develops and implement projects or plans to meet business performance requirements.Manage the salary and headcount budget to ensure costs are within budgetJob Requirement Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalentAt least 6-8 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.Strong in Labour Law and Industrial Act.Good communication and interpersonal skills
