Qualifications & ExperienceCandidates must possess at least a Diploma in Hotel Management / Building and Property Management / Real Estate Management or equivalent field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Possess good communication, multi-tasking, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and be a team player.
Proficient in speaking and writing in Mandarin and English (Mandarin speaker required to deal with Mandarin-speaking owners/clients).
Interns are welcome to apply.
Tasks & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for property handover work, pre-handover inspection, and the entire handover process.
Attend to owner's and tenant's inquiries, complaints, and resolve problems.
Handle daily work such as applications, move in/out, tenant registration, gas applications, carpark registration, etc.
Handle and update staff schedule.
Higher basic and higher commission.
Remuneration includes EPF, Socso, Medical, Training, Travelling, and Handphone allowances.
The salaries offered will be commensurate with the applicant's qualifications, experience, interpersonal skills, attitude, etc.
