Responsibilities:
Assist to coordinate and monitor the design function in respect to all mechanical and electrical works.
Review design input for adequacy, compliance with statutory requirements, and verify and validate design output while controlling design changes and modifications.
Assist in planning and preparing Project Design Programmes and project design and build master schedule as required.
Assist in preparing Authorities Submission Schedule and CF inspection schedule for each project as required.
Liaise with customers and other sections.
Review, verify and validate design output as applicable as per procedures.
Ensure conformance to the design and development procedures of the Kajima Total Management Systems.
Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Kajima Total Management Systems.
Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
Requirements:
Possess a degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
More than 10 years' experience in the related field.
Experience in a Building M&E design consultant firm or data center.
Experience in working with a building design and built firm as an M&E Design Engineer.
