Assistant Maintenance Supervisor Cum Chargeman

Routine maintenance of electrical systems, wirings, panels, all electrical/electronic devices.Attend to local wirings problems, resetting of main breakers, troubleshooting of electrical systems.Supervise on safety procedures when attending to machinery repairs (e.g.: LOTO, permits).Supervise contractors and perform LOTO, comply permits, etc. before allowing to begin any repair works.Supervise maintenance personnel in regards to any tasks related to maintenance and safety.Assist and advise the Factory Manager and Mill Engineer on local requirements on electrical installations.Attend to manageable machinery repairs, maintenance works, and other works to ensure smooth operation of machineries.Reports to the factory of all activities related to maintenance.Keeps and manages documents related to maintenance, safety, and other documents as required by the Management.Assists in acquiring parts/services as may be needed for the operations/maintenance works.Assists the Factory Manager and Mill Engineer to manage/supervise any works or projects assigned.Compliance with ISO and HACCP requirements.Must have a Chargeman L1 certificate.Any other duties as assigned by Assistant Factory Manager and/or Factory Manager and/or any authorised personnel.
