DOO you have what it takes? What you'll be working on: Oversee daily operations to ensure timely delivery of services in accordance with SLA.Oversee audit process to ensure relevant supporting details are provided to auditors.Liaise with stakeholders to deliver process improvements and foster CI – continuous improvement culture within the team.Lead the team on system testing as and when requiredProvide and facilitate accurate reports and analysis on data and metrics as and when needed.Ensure that procedure documentations are up to date with current processes and update procedures documents as and when required. What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance along with other necessary accounting professional certifications and registrations required.3+ years of accounting experience in a leadership capacity.Strong financial analysis skills.Preferable candidates has business operation working experience and knowledge of payment gateway.Strong organizational and stress management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.Ability to train and manage staff.Ability to work with little to no supervision.Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
